ROUND 1 (Pick 14)

Jihaad Campbell or Jalon Walker - Edge
I realize that everyone in the world believes the Colts need to add a Tight End whether that's Warren or Loveland but as a Colts fan, finishing the front-7 is much more of a priority to me. Jihaad Campbell is my LB 1 and would also be my Edge 4 of the4 class and would be the ultimate SAM LB on the Colts. Jalon Walker would also be a great WILL LB with a great pass rush.
Tyler Warren or Colston Loveland - Tight End
The pick the Colts will probably make is Tyler Warren if he's available. The ONLY Tight End prospect that has great receiving ability and can block, Warren is a unicorn of size, speed, violence and a surprising play after catch ability. Loveland is more of a slot receiver but has great upside from the line of scrimmage as well.

ROUND 2 (Pick 45)
Carson Schwesinger - LB
The Colts lost Will LB EJ Speed to the Texans and can't rely solely on Zaire Franklin to cover the middle of the field. Carson Schwesinger may not be the most physically gifted but he is very smart and a good tackler. Pass coverage may take a while to develop but Schwesinger is a guy the team could build around in the future.

Darien Porter - CB
Porter seems like a 'Chris Ballard guy'. He is 6'3" and 195 pounds with blazing sub-4.3 speed and a former Wide Receiver. His ability to transition to pro level coverage and recognizing routes will be difficult but with his raw athleticism and talent being so great, he is a very high potential guy that Ballard would love to develop.

ROUND 3 (Pick 80)
Anthony Belton - OT
The Colts will have lost 3 starters on the O-line come next season and at some point they will need a drastic overhaul. Starting in this draft a player like Anthony Belton or Marcus Mbow are sturdy and powerful with good pass blocking that could play inside or out. Belton would be my first pick because of his potential to be a true RT in the league.
Marcus Mbow - OG
Mbow was a Tackle in college and can plug outside in a pinch but his lower strength and short arms project better to Guard. With NFL-ready pass pro already and a solid base he could possibly even sub in or start later on in his rookie season.

ROUND 4 (Pick 117)
Brashard Smith - RB
The Colts have needed a backup RB with receiving potential ever since Tyler Goodson dropped the ball against the Texans two years ago. Smith may not have the regular size the Colts look for but he could open up the backfield on 3rd downs like the Colts haven't seen in quite some time.

Gunnar Helm - TE
A pure receiving threat inline or in the slot, Helm's size will stop him from being a regular run blocker unless he gains a lot of mass. His speed and routes could make him another slot option in Indy if a TE isn't drafted in the First Round though.
Kyle Williams - WR
One of the best skill position players that won't go in the first 2 days of the draft, Kyle Williams out of Washington State isn't the best athlete and isn't the biggest guy but he gets open. Flat out, a smart receiver with good cuts and understanding of coverage will be a brilliant Day 3 pick for anyone.
